AWS technology enables measurement and tracking of adsorption, cross-linking, aggregation, swelling, dissolution, corrosion and other interface molecular phenomena. Our real-time, label-free technology with nanogram sensitivity enables cutting-edge academic research and industrial applications in bio and electrochemical fields like healthcare, environment, agriculture, food and materials. Moreover, we can offer the best price because we are manufacturers, we have optimized our processes and we offer a modular system to fit any budget. High quality tech is not expensive.
The AWS technology is based on two fundamental principles. Firstly, the use of high frequency acoustic resonators (100-150 MHz) that provides a large increase in sensitivity. Secondly, the use of a novel method for characterizing these sensors which keeps the noise level at very low levels. As a result, an improvement in the limit of detection (LOD) of up to 2 orders of magnitude compared to traditional acoustic sensors is obtained. In fact, recent publications show how AWS label-free tech enables a limit of detection beyond SPR limit. Moreover, AWS platform can work combining different types of acoustic wave sensors.
